Founder and operator of 7 Oaks Constructors, Tyson Holyoak brings years of hands-on experience, leadership, and grit to every project. Raised on a farm in Central Utah, he learned early on the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and doing things right — lessons he carries into every job today.
Our Story
Tyson’s journey in construction began at 19, stepping onto a job site with a small hammer and a big work ethic. That first day, the seasoned crew didn’t think much of the scrawny kid — even tossing his hammer into the foundation for a laugh. But Tyson didn’t back down. He kept showing up, learning the ropes, and proving his place in the field.

Over the years, he worked his way through nearly every corner of the trade — from home foundations and flatwork to heavy civil projects like bridges, dairy digesters, roadwork, and water treatment facilities. Along the way, he’s taken on leadership roles, managed teams, and built his own home from the ground up.

7 Oaks Constructors is the result of a desire to do more — to take ownership of the work, serve the local community, and create something lasting for the next generation. Tyson's goal is simple: build it right, take pride in it, and leave something behind that matters.
